Based on the specific issue or concern presented to us, the investigation may result in one of the following outcome categories:
Complete Findings
The investigation produced sufficient information and supporting evidence to address the primary concern or questions identified at the beginning of the investigation.
The findings will explain the relevant facts and provide supporting documentation or evidence where available.
Partial Findings
The investigation uncovered information that addresses some, but not all, of the concerns or questions presented.
This may occur when certain aspects of the matter can be supported by available evidence, while other aspects could not be confirmed or remain unresolved. The final report will clearly distinguish between what was established and what could not be determined.
No Findings
The investigation did not uncover sufficient evidence to substantiate or establish the specific concern within the scope and timeframe of the investigation.
A "No Findings" result does not necessarily establish that the suspected activity did not occur. It means that the investigation did not obtain sufficient evidence to confirm the matter being investigated.
Important Note
Our findings are based on the information, evidence, access, and investigative opportunities available during the assignment. We distinguish between confirmed findings, information that could not be verified, and matters that remain undetermined so that clients have a clear understanding of what the investigation did—and did not—establish.

Our background investigation services are intended for legitimate investigative purposes and are subject to applicable federal and Texas laws. We do not provide background investigations for employment, tenant-screening, or housing decisions unless the requested service and its intended use satisfy all applicable legal requirements, including the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), where applicable.
Because employment and housing screening can involve regulated consumer reports, additional requirements may apply, including permissible purpose, authorization, disclosure, certification, accuracy, and adverse-action requirements.
If you are seeking an employment or tenant background check, please contact us to discuss your specific needs and intended use. We can determine whether the requested service falls within the services we are permitted and equipped to provide.
